Magical opening of the Tanks: De Keersmaeker dances her famous classic piece dating from 1982: „Fase, Four Movements to the Music of Steve Reich“ by the choreographer Anne Teresa De KeersmaekerSlightly out of focus here… Sorry, but you can still see how wonderful it works in those spectacular oil tanks transformed for the Tate by Herzog & de Meuron… Everything is raw walls, empty space and churchlike grandeur of industrial architecture. Made visible by the an intelligent transformation – a mixture of architectural genius and humble understating of ones own merit. The video you can see here: Keersmaeker
